Ask to see WRT for extraction and ASD for structural drying. A moisture meter photo is not a drying plan. You want a map of wet materials and a stop date for equipment.
Night response, not a call center loop
Ask who answers after 10 p.m. and whether a technician is actually in El Paso County. An answering service that books for tomorrow is not 24/7 extraction.
Dry-out versus rebuild
Some shops stop at dry. Some rebuild. Know which one you are hiring so you are not stuck coordinating a second contractor while the drywall is open.
Insurance documentation
