Water Restoration List is a directory of restoration shops. This notice covers what we collect on www.waterrestorationlist.com and what we do with it.
What you give us in the callback form
- Name, phone, ZIP code, and optionally email, job type, and timeframe.
- Whether you checked the consent box, the time you checked it, and the version of the consent wording you saw.
What we record automatically with a form request
- The page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source or gclid).
- Your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit repeat or automated submissions. We do not store the IP address itself.
Analytics on every page
- Google Analytics 4 measures page views and events such as call-button taps and form submissions.
- Amplitude measures the same events and records anonymized session replays so we can find layout problems. Replays mask every form field, so what you type is never recorded.
Who we share a request with
- If you check the consent box, we may share that request with one restoration company that serves your city and pays us for the request. That company may contact you by phone, email, or text about this request.
- We do not sell calling lists, share a request you did not consent to, or send marketing texts.
- Listing a shop on a city page does not share any of your data with that shop. Calling a listed shop is a direct call between you and them.
Your choices
- To see, correct, or delete a request you sent, or to withdraw consent, email leads@waterrestorationlist.com with the phone number you used.
- You can reply STOP to any text from a company you were shared with.
